Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Your information stays between you and Nicole. This policy explains what sellwithnicole.com collects, why, who helps process it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
This website is operated by Nicole Fowler, REALTOR®, a Texas real estate sales agent (TREC #0670299) sponsored by Compass RE Texas, LLC, 600 N Shepherd Dr, Suite 535, Houston, TX 77007. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Nicole Fowler and her brokerage when acting on your inquiry. "You" means anyone who visits sellwithnicole.com or contacts Nicole through it.
This policy covers information collected through this website. Information you share during a transaction, such as a listing agreement or a buyer representation agreement, is also covered by the terms of that agreement and by Compass's own privacy practices.
Information you provide
When you fill out the contact form or the consultation form on this site, we collect:
- Your name and email address (required, so Nicole can reply).
- Your phone number, if you choose to share it.
- What you need help with, such as selling, buying, relocating, a valuation or leasing.
- Your message and any details you include, such as a property address, a neighborhood or a timeline.
We also receive whatever you send when you call, text or email Nicole directly. Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or loan documents through the website form.
Information collected automatically
Server and form data
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when pages load: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the visit. When you submit a form, the message also records the time it was received and your browser's user agent so we can spot spam.
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are read, where people click and where a page is confusing. Clarity captures interaction data such as clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and page views, and uses it to produce heatmaps and session replays. Clarity is designed to mask text you type into form fields, and we do not use it to identify you personally.
Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can learn more about how Clarity works on Microsoft's Clarity documentation.
Maps
The map on our contact page loads map tiles from CARTO, built on OpenStreetMap data. Your browser requests those tiles directly, so those providers receive your IP address and standard browser information.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up on the request you made.
- To provide the real estate services you ask for, such as a valuation, showings or a consultation.
- To keep a record of client communications, as Texas brokerage practice requires.
- To understand how the site is used and make it clearer and faster.
- To protect the site and our inbox from spam, fraud and abuse.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. Submitting a form does not add you to a newsletter. Nicole will only contact you about the request you made, and you can ask her to stop at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry messages for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a reasonable record of client communications. If your inquiry becomes a transaction, Texas rules require brokerage records related to that transaction to be kept for at least four years, and some records may be kept longer.
If you never work with Nicole, you can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time. Analytics data held by Microsoft Clarity is kept for a limited period under Microsoft's retention schedule.
Your choices
- Access, correction and deletion. Ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
- Stop contact. Reply to any message from Nicole, or email or call her, and she will stop following up.
- Cookies and analytics. Block or clear cookies in your browser, or use a browser extension that blocks analytics scripts.
Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional privacy rights. We will honor reasonable requests regardless of where you live. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to inquiries is limited to Nicole and the providers listed above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
This site links to other websites, including Compass, the Texas Real Estate Commission and social media profiles. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
